Our Story
Trade Entrust was founded with a simple mission: make sourcing from China transparent, reliable, and efficient. While most sourcing agents operate as one-person operations, we built a company — with departments, processes, technology, and accountability.
Our proprietary platform, ImportOS, gives clients real-time visibility into their orders, shipments, and payments. We're the only sourcing company with its own technology platform — and that changes everything.
Headquartered in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province — a key manufacturing and trading hub in southern China — we have direct access to thousands of manufacturers and production facilities. Our QC team conducts on-site inspections, our logistics team manages shipments across 221+ ocean carriers, and our sales team speaks your language.

Factory Transparency & Verification
We believe in full factory disclosure. You see factory names, addresses, and contact details. You can visit any factory — with us or independently. No hidden middlemen, no black-box sourcing.
Every factory in our 500+ network is verified through on-site audits, QICHACHA business license checks, court record screening, and production capability assessments.
Quality Control & Risk Ownership
Our in-house QC team runs a 3-stage inspection process: Pre-production (material and component checks), DUPRO (during-production inline inspection), and PSI (pre-shipment final inspection) — all using AQL sampling standards.
If a batch fails because of factory error or our oversight, we take responsibility. We manage rework, negotiate replacements, and ensure you never receive a defective shipment.
