Quality control (AQL 2.5)
We inspect to AQL 2.5 as standard, checking sizing tolerance, sole-to-upper bonding, stitching, symmetry, colour match and packaging. Sole adhesion failures and size deviation are the most common footwear defects, so we weight inspection toward them. Detailed quality control inspection reports arrive with photo and video evidence pre-shipment.
Minimum order quantity
Factory MOQs typically run 300–1,000 pairs per style/colour, often per size run, because lasts and moulds are style-specific.
