    Supplier Audit

    Supplier Audit

Comprehensive on-site evaluation of factory qualifications, production capacity, management systems and quality control capabilities to ensure every supplier meets international manufacturing standards before cooperation begins.

    Development Sample Inspection

    Development Sample Inspection

Detailed inspection of development samples against technical drawings, material specifications, dimensional tolerances and functional requirements. Issues are identified early and corrected before tooling investment.

    Pre-production Preparation & Technical Confirmation

    Pre-production Preparation & Technical Confirmation

Technical specifications, BOM, process flow, packaging requirements and acceptance criteria are reviewed and locked with the factory. All parties sign off on the technical baseline before mass production starts.

    Pre-production Sample Transmission & Filing

    Pre-production Sample Transmission & Filing

Pre-production (PP) samples are produced, sealed, transmitted to the client for approval and archived as the master reference. Every shipment is later verified against this filed sample to guarantee consistency.

    Full-process Inspection Implementation

    Full-process Inspection Implementation

Standardised inspection at every stage — incoming material (IQC), in-process (IPQC), pre-shipment (FRI) and container loading (LI). Sampling follows AQL 2.5 / 4.0 standards with documented checklists for each product category.

    Quality Abnormality Handling

    Quality Abnormality Handling

When defects are detected, a structured CAR (Corrective Action Report) is issued. Root cause analysis, containment, rework or rejection decisions are executed within 24 hours, with full traceability and client approval before release.

    Inspection Report & Record Management

    Inspection Report & Record Management

Every inspection generates a detailed report with photos, measurement data, defect classification and pass/fail conclusion. All records are archived digitally and remain accessible for audits, claims and continuous improvement.

Our in-house QC team conducts on-site inspections at every stage — pre-production, during production, and pre-shipment. We use AQL sampling standards and provide detailed photo/video reports through ImportOS.
